Team — overview
The Team area is the list of every employee in your company. It holds master data, photo, role, main group, presence status and contact info. It’s the foundation for shift planning, group assignments and the chat.
What’s on the page?
- Every employee — photo, name, role, group, status.
- Status indicator — Present / Busy / On break / Away (detected automatically).
- Profile per employee — contact, languages, skills, hourly rate (visible only to those who may see it), emergency contact.
- Filters by branch, group, role or status.
What is the Team area used for?
- Daily overview for team leads: who’s in today, who’s on a job, who’s sick?
- Shift planning — assign appointments from here.
- Profile upkeep — employees update their own data (address, bank details for payroll, photo).
- Escalation contact — find an emergency contact instantly if there’s a sick note or an accident.
Key terms
- Employee — a person with a company account and a role.
- Main group — home group; see Groups.
- Role — permission set; see Roles & permissions.
- Status — auto-detected presence (Present, On break, Busy, Away).
- Skills — free-form tags (“high-rise glass”, “height-safety certificate”) to support dispatch.
Maintaining your own profile
The avatar at the top right takes every employee to their own profile. Photo, display name, language, contact info and home branch are theirs to maintain. Data only authorised people see (e.g. hourly rate) lives in the same profile but is hidden from other employees.
Who uses the Team area?
- Team leads and dispatchers — every day, for planning and outreach.
- HR / management — when hiring or off-boarding.
- Every employee — for their own master data.
