Templates & PDF export

If you keep building the same table structure — say a measurement sheet or a weekly attendance log — save it once as a template. Next time you create a new table from the template with a single click.

Save a template

  1. Open an existing table whose structure you want to keep — or create a new one with the right layout (columns, rows, header).
  2. Click Save as template at the top right.
  3. Give it a clear name.
  4. Pick a folder (e.g. “Measurements”, “Attendance”, “Material orders”). If the right folder doesn’t exist yet, create it inline.
  5. Click Save.

Use a template

  1. Click New table from template.
  2. Pick the folder.
  3. Pick the template. A preview shows how the new table will look.
  4. Click Apply — the new table is created from the template’s structure.

Manage template folders

  1. Click the template icon at the top.
  2. The left panel shows folders, the right panel shows templates in the active folder.
  3. The plus icon creates a new folder.
  4. The pencil icon renames a folder.
  5. The trash icon deletes a folder — templates inside it are deleted too.

Export a table as PDF

Every table can be saved or shared as a PDF with one click.

  1. Open the table.
  2. Click Export as PDF at the top.
  3. Pick:
    • What to export — all tables on the page or only selected ones.
    • Orientation — portrait or landscape (often better for wide tables).
  4. Click Create. The PDF is downloaded automatically.

Tables linked to projects

When creating a table (see Creating tables) you can attach it to a project and optionally a subproject. The link to the job site stays visible and all related tables are easy to find when you open the project.

A table can be moved to a different project later from the Tables list — its data survives the move.
