Saved signatures

So you don’t have to draw your signature from scratch on every invoice, anyone with permission can save their signature once and reuse it later with a single tap.

Save a new signature

  1. In the Quick Invoice, tap Sign.
  2. The first screen shows the list of saved signatures and a Draw new signature button.
  3. Tap it, enter your name and (optional) role, draw on the touchscreen.
  4. Keep the Save signature for later switch on.
  5. Tap Confirm — the signature is applied immediately and is available for the next Quick Invoice.

Use a saved signature

  1. Tap Sign.
  2. Pick the right entry (name + role) from the list.
  3. The signature is applied. The customer signs next.

Remove a signature

In the list of saved signatures, each entry has a trash icon. Tap it to delete the saved signature permanently.

Who can save signatures?

Anyone allowed to create Quick Invoices can save their own signature. Drawing a signature on behalf of someone else and saving it as theirs is neither intended nor allowed — the signature counts as a personal declaration.

Available on the web too

When you sign a PDF on the web (Sign PDF under “Projects & documents”), the same list of saved signatures appears. A signature drawn on the web is visible in the app — and the other way around.
