Manage contact persons
Larger customers have several contacts: one for orders, one for invoicing, one for tech. Agenda lets you store any number per client.
Add a contact
- Open the client in the list.
- Switch to the Contacts tab.
- Click New and enter:
- First and last name
- Email — important for automatic document sending
- Phone and mobile
- Role (e.g. “Purchasing”, “Accounting”, “Tech”)
- Optional: salutation and note
Which contact is used where?
- When you create an order, you pick the contact — that person appears in the document header.
- When you send an invoice, this contact’s email is suggested. This applies to traditional invoices as well as direct send-from-app Quick Invoices — the address shows up as the suggested value in the “Send by email” dialog.
- In chat features (if enabled), this contact is the recipient.
Deactivate, don’t delete
When a contact has left the company, deactivate them instead of deleting. Past documents keep their name on the header — history stays clean, new documents auto-route to an active contact.
