Invitations — overview
The Invitations area is the official place to bring new employees into your company. The invitee receives an email with a personal link, registers, and immediately joins your Team with the role and group you assigned.
What is it for?
- Single invitation — one person with name, email, phone, role and group.
- Bulk invitation via Excel import — for adopting existing employee lists when switching to Agenda.
- Status overview — who has accepted, who is still pending, who declined.
- Re-send — if the invitee can’t find the email you can resend the link.
Send a single invitation
- Open Invitations in the menu.
- Click Add person and fill in:
- Email (required)
- First and last name
- Phone (optional)
- Branch and group
- Role
- Repeat for every person you want to invite at the same time.
- Click Send invitations. Each recipient gets their own email with a personal link.
Excel bulk import
If you already have an employee list you don’t need to retype it.
- Click Import from Excel. On the web you can also drag the file straight into the window.
- Pick the
.xlsxfile with the columns Email · First name · Last name · Phone · Branch · Group · Role. - The app reads the file and adds each row as an invitation. You can adjust or remove individual rows before clicking Send invitations.
Status after sending
- Pending — the link was sent; the recipient hasn’t registered yet.
- Accepted — the employee registered. They show up in Team with the assigned role.
- Declined — the recipient explicitly declined; the invitation expires.
- Expired — the link wasn’t used in time. You can resend.
