PDF Center — overview

The PDF Center is your central workspace for everything PDF-related in Agenda: signing, merging, splitting, converting images ↔ PDF, watermarking, scanning documents on mobile, and a personal library.

What’s it for?

  • Sign PDFs — open any PDF, place a saved or freshly drawn signature, save or share the signed copy.
  • Merge PDFs — combine several files into one, reorder by drag & drop.
  • Split PDFs — extract single pages or page ranges into separate PDFs.
  • Images ↔ PDF — turn photos into a PDF (e.g. on-site receipts) or download PDF pages as images.
  • Documents → PDF — convert Word, Excel and similar files into PDF.
  • Watermark — place your own watermark (text or logo) on every page, either tiled in the background or as a visible stamp.
  • Scan (mobile) — use the phone camera to scan receipts or paperwork directly into a PDF.
  • Library (mobile) — every PDF you’ve processed stays searchable here, in list or grid view.

Who uses the PDF Center?

  • Field staff scan receipts, sign handover protocols, photograph documents and turn them into PDFs.
  • Office staff combine delivery notes, merge attachments into one PDF, watermark quotes.
  • Accounting converts incoming Word/Excel documents into PDF, signs them and stores them.

Connection to other areas

  • Quick Invoice — the saved-signatures list used in the PDF Center is the same as in Quick Invoice. A signature drawn in the PDF Center is available the next time you sign an invoice. More under Saved signatures.
  • Tables — a table exported as PDF can be signed in the PDF Center or merged with other PDFs into a single document.
