Export the logbook

Who needs the export?

  • Tax advisor — gets a yearly Excel export for the tax return.
  • Management — exports for internal analytics (km per customer, fuel costs).
  • Tax-office audit — on request the logbook must be handed over. PDF is typical here.

Export to Excel

  1. Open the logbook.
  2. Pick the period (e.g. full year 2026).
  3. Click Export → Excel.
  4. The file contains one row per trip with all required fields.

The Excel is compatible with the templates of common tax-advisor software (DATEV, Lexware, sevDesk).

Export to PDF

  1. Pick the period.
  2. Click Export → PDF.
  3. The PDF carries a verification hash at the end — any tampering shows immediately.

What the export contains

  • Every required field (date, start / end address, km, purpose).
  • Optional: customer, order, note.
  • Correction bookings appear with before/after value and timestamp.
  • A total summary at the end (km business, private, commute).

An electronically exported logbook is accepted by the tax office as long as you can prove the underlying data was not modified after the fact. Agenda stamps a creation timestamp on every entry and locks it after month-close. That property is visible at a glance via the PDF’s verification hash.
